Have a Question?

IV therapy works by delivering vitamins and minerals directly into the bloodstream. This is the most direct way to get 100% absorption. Through bloodstream delivery, the vitamins and minerals bypass the digestive system, allowing for a 100% absorption rate of the nutrients opposed to the 20-40% absorption rate when taken orally. IV therapy can help to restore your body's nutrient levels to an optimal state. Once your levels are at their optimal state, you will start feeling the benefits!

The average American diet is so processed and nutrient depleted that we must supplement it with vitamins and minerals to help our bodies perform the way they are supposed to. Brain fog, body aches, and always feeling sluggish are just a few of the many symptoms of nutrient deficiency.

This is completely up to you! While the standard in the beauty and health industry is a 10%-20% tip, our nurses appreciate any form of appreciation for their hard work.

The short answer is no. Due to the on-demand nature of our business, we cannot guarantee specific times. That being said, we do our very best to accommodate your request. When you schedule an appointment, we are notified of your treatment choice and desired time, and we will do our very best to match you with a nurse who can accommodate that time. If we are unable to match you with a nurse for that particular time, we will contact you to schedule a time that works for you and the nurse.

This depends on the type of treatment you are receiving and the type of IV being used. You will work with your provider and nurse from The IV Nurses to plan out a proper treatment course. We also offer several treatment plans and packages you can choose from.

Minor complications include mild discomfort, bruising, redness, itching, inflammation, and redness at or around the IV’s site. More serious complications include infiltrations, extravasations, and phlebitis. Symptoms to look out for include severe inflammation (swelling), discoloration, blistering, or a significant amount of pain near or around the IV placement site.

IV catheters are inserted into a patient’s vein with a needle that is removed once the catheter is placed. IV tubing and fluid/medication is then attached to the catheter, which then infuses the fluids into a patient’s vein. We at The IV Nurses try to make this a painless as possible.

No, you don't! Here at The IV Nurses, we have medical providers that will connect with you via telehealth or phone call to go over your past medical history and make sure it is safe for you to receive IV Hydration therapy.

Once you place your order for your treatment with your desired day and time, a representative from The IV Nurses will reach out and match you with a qualified nurse to administer your treatment. The length of each treatment session varies depending on the type of treatment.
