Personalized Treatment:
This treatment is tailored to you individually; the range can be from 5-16 days of treatment (most clients require at least 10 treatments). You will receive treatment daily of 500mg NAD+ IV, during the treatment your nurse will be with you between 3-4 hours and treat any symptoms you may feel such as nausea, body aches, and insomnia.
Safe In-Home Treatment:
During the initial 10 days of withdrawal, you are required to provide a confident / responsible adult that will stay with you and monitor you. Its pertinent that this person or persons (you can have people take turns) is able to notice when you are struggling and to call 911 if an emergency arises.
Constant Contact with Your Detox Nurse:
You will be required to stay in contact with your treatment nurse every 3-5 hours. This contact can be either via a phone call or zoom/facetime.
Professional Mental Health Treatment:
This treatment is only effective if you treat the mental health aspect! We have a partnership with a mental health clinic that offers Telehealth services that can start at the same time as your IV NAD+ treatment! We strongly suggest and recommend mental health treatment simultaneously with your NAD+ treatment. That being said we do require a mental health pre screening before starting treatment. This can be done via Telehealth and is a requirement for NAD+ withdrawal treatment.
Follow Up Treatment
Once you are done with your initial withdrawal treatment, for best results you should continue NAD+ IV treatment every 3-4 weeks to keep your levels up and help reduce cravings from becoming a problem or re- appearing, this is a suggestion but not a requirement. This will keep your NAD+ levels up which will help with symptoms of craving.
Professional care from a Licensed Nurse Practitioner:
Each person is required to do an initial Telehealth appointment with the provider. This appointment is a $100 deposit to hold the appointment and is nonrefundable. The $100 deposit will be applied to your treatment plan if the provider decides it’s a good fit for you!
Support Medications:
While withdrawing you may experience symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, body aches, headache, and insomnia. Even though these are just a few of the symptoms you may feel while withdrawal, the nurses that will be with you will be able to treat these symptoms and tell you through the others and give you recommendations on how to make these symptoms less severe. With your withdrawal program all medications such as Zofran, Ragland, Pepcid, Toradol, and Benadryl are built into the price and are available during your treatment at your nurses’ discretion.
