Mobile IV Therapy
Telehealth Requirement for IV Infusions
A telehealth consultation is required for all new IV therapy clients and any client returning after six months without treatment. Additional telehealth appointments may be required if your provider determines further medical review or follow-up is needed based on your health history. *This fee will automatically be added to your service at your first appointment and every 6 months unless the provider indicates further follow up is required.
Mobile Travel Fees
The IV Nurses provides mobile IV therapy throughout Worcester, Boston, and surrounding Massachusetts communities. Appointments within our standard service area are covered. Travel beyond the included service radius may require an additional mileage fee. Extended mileage fee: $0.59 per mile beyond the standard travel radius.
Infectious Disease Precautions
To support the safety of our clients and nurses, appointments requiring additional protective equipment, extended cleaning procedures, or enhanced safety protocols may include an additional surcharge of $50 to cover necessary materials and added time to decontaminate all our equipment.

Holiday Appointment Fees
Appointments scheduled on select major holidays may include an additional holiday service fee. The Patient understands and agrees that a $100 holiday fee will be applied above the normal service fee to all appointments scheduled on the following major holidays:
- New Year’s Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
- Christmas Eve after 4:00 PM
- New Year’s Eve after 4:00 PM

Extended Travel & Traffic Fees
To fairly account for heavy traffic and long-distance driving, nurses will be compensated at $75/hour for extended travel time beyond the standard service range.

This charge will also be billed directly to the client.
